How are Flexi-Bags fitted into Shipping Containers?
Fitting flexi-bags into shipping containers is a straightforward process. A layer of materials such as corrugated paper or pp lining is first laid as a buffer between the flexible bag and the hard surfaces of the container. This helps protect the bag from any potential damage during transport. Once this is done, the flexibag is carefully installed inside the container, ready to be filled with liquid product. This process takes about 40 minutes with conventional flexitanks and 3 minutes with LiquA flexitanks.
